Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Frequent cancellations will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
No-call, no-show customers will be allowed one instance only. After that, the vehicle will be rejected from future service.
Vehicle Pickup Policy
Completed vehicles must be picked up on the agreed-upon pickup day or the day the repair is completed.
After this period, a storage fee of $100 per day will apply.
To avoid storage fees, communication is essential. If you cannot pick up your vehicle on time, please contact the shop promptly.
Vehicles cannot be picked up without being paid in full. No exceptions.
Please Note:
To ensure efficient service and timely repairs, VelocityHaus NY requires payment in full for parts upfront once the work is approved. For appointments, a deposit is required to hold your slot. Additionally, for repairs that require the vehicle to stay overnight, a deposit covering 75% of the total labor cost is required. This deposit does not include the parts payment.
These policies help allocate the necessary time, resources, and parts to deliver the quality service your car deserves.

Performance Work: No warranty due to the nature of modifications

It all began as a kid, sitting in the back of my dad's truck on the way to a NYC car show in Manhattan. On the way there, a bright green and blue-striped 240SX roared by, making sounds I thought only jet engines could produce. That moment sparked a passion that’s driven me ever since.
From that day forward, I immersed myself in everything about cars — design, automation, repairs, and performance. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology from SUNY Morrisville and gained over a decade of experience working in independent shops, honing my skills on Japanese, European, and American vehicles. From routine services to successful performance modifications, I've covered it all.
This journey began under the name RHD GUYZ. A heartfelt RIP to Brian — thank you for everything you've done for me. Your influence and support will always be part of this story.
